John H. Tersavich, 25, of 61 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop for police brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed an additional $50. A charge of possession of a Class E drug was not prosecuted.
Peter Stromberg, 25, of 384 Falley Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Anthony T. Mair, 54, of 12 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Southwick police.
Michael T. Doyle, 21, of 58 Arnold St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of vandalizing property and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Ilmer G. Canales, 23, of 48 Union St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Roseanna M. Duclos, 53, of 5 Murphy Circle, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Antonio S. Connizzaro, 52, of 108 Skyline Trail, Chester, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Wayne Mecteau, 34, of 7 Thomas St., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to an 18 month term in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a term imposed by another court.
