Vincente Torres, 29, of 114 Brown Ave., Holyoke, saw a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth upon payment of a $50 assessment and $124 in restitution.
Sean McKeon, 22, of 38 Fairway Lane, Foxboro, was found to be responsible for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Heriberto E. Arriaga, 21, of 42 Fourth St., Pittsfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of shoplifting by asportation and of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $150.
Gary M. Hutchins, 37, of 47 Broad St., was arraigned on five charges of larceny from a building, six charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and a charge of larceny of a firearm brought as six different cases by Westfield police and in each case was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $10,000 surety pending a June 4 hearing.
Jose J. Mateo, 25, of 837 State St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority brought by Westfield police.
Peter M. Chistolini, 29, of 59 St. Dennis St., pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial and the balance suspended with probation for one year. He was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from and have no contact with the victim, he was assessed $50 and was ordered to pay restitution of $200.
Edmund J. Gordon, 23, of 72 Harriet Ave., Shrewsbury, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield police.
