Luke N. Bushey, 22, of 62 Danek Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Oleg A. Igumnov, 34, of 16 Sheldon Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor, a second offense, brought by Westfield police and was fined $750, assessed $350 and placed on probation for two years. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Igumnov was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of open and gross lewdness, a subsequent offense.
Brandon R. Appearson, 20, of 11 Granville Road, Southwick, was found to have violated probation imposed in 2011 when he pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was ordered to serve a 12 month term in the house of correction which had been suspended when the case was originally adjudicated.
Nicholas C. Annino, 30, of 87 Strawberry Hill Road, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without its registration in his possession and speeding brought by State Police.
Lisa M. Alekna, 50, of 10 Jefferson St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Joseph P. Donovan, 22, of 28 Robbins Road, Walpole, saw a charge disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Adria A. Mejia-Tejada, 31, of 79 Rockland St., South Dartmouth, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of failure to stop or yield and a marked lanes violation were not prosecuted.
