Sergio Cozzaglio, 23, of 6 St. Paul St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a June 27 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.
Brandon L. White, 24, of 734 Western Ave., Westfield, received an 18-month sentence to House of Corrections, three months of which is direct with credit for time served and balance suspended for eight months after pleading guilty to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, originally brought by Westfield Police.
Kelly A. Alamed, 33, of 46 Rogers Ave., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation, brought by Westfield Police.
