Nicholas W. Correira, 21, of 3 Princeton St., Westfield, saw a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police dismissed upon immediate payment of court costs in the amount of $100.
Vadim Misiruk, 18, of 13 Madison St., Westfield, was released upon payment of $100 cash bail pending an Oct. 3 hearing after he was arraigned a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Steven M. Tyron, 28, of 61 Fairview Ave., West Springfield, was found to have violated probation imposed in September, 2015, when a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was continued without a finding. His probation was reimposed and extended until Aug. 16, 2019.
Joseph Canini, 24, of 181 South Loomis St., Southwick, was released upon payment of $100 cash bail pending a Sept. 21 hearing after he was arraigned a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
