Ramon Dejesus, 31, of 33 King St., Westfield, was held in lieu of $25,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of rape of a child with force and indecent assault and battery on a child younger than 14 years-of-age brought by Westfield police. Jordyn Brown, 28, of 57 Bristol St., Westfield, was held without right to bail pending an evaluation of her competency and criminal responsibility ordered by Judge William O’Grady after she was arraigned on a charge of arson of a dwelling house brought by Westfield police. Mikayla J. Bennett, 21, of 15 Jessie Lane, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 5 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a Massachusetts Turnpike marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
