Joshua Belden, 41, of 8 N. Longyard Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and his license was suspended for 45 days.
Christopher C. Wallace, 33, of 301 South St., Chesterfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Roberto Hernandez, 54, of 25-27 Hanover St., West Springfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after a hearing relative to pending charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police.
Christopher A. Charles, 35, of 45 Honey Pot Road, Southwick, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
John L. Gryszan, 55, of 27 Maple St., Easthampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation.
