Arthur W. Tatro Jr., 36, of 12 Bates St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield State University police.

Joseph C. Doan, 30, of 63 Chester Road, Blandford, was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of possession of a firearm without a FID card and single charges of assault on a family or household member and threatening to commit a crime brought by State Police.

Andrew Daniels, 18, of 22 Janelle Drive, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Jan. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police.

Paul J. Russell, 32, of 669 Main Road, Apt. 2, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Jan. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit, failure to inform the RMV of a name or address change, intimidating a witness, juror, police or court official and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.

Robert A. Santaniello, 37, of 7 Butler St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.

Jake W. Spradlin, 25, of 12 Pleasant St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police.

Madelyn Moodie, 35, of 50 Southampton Road, Apt. 4D, Westfield, was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a Dec. 20 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
