Rene R. Garcia Jr., 23, of 41 Johnson St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a moped violation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession
Stephen A. Webby, 19, of 2 Lot Phillips Road, Kingston, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued less than $250, assault and battery on a police officer, being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Brian K. Fife, 49, of 59 King St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Adam P. Cloutier, 23, of 59 Washington St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs brought by Westfield police.
Stephen J. Champiney, 29, of 16 Washington St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the named victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of larceny from a building and a charge of unarmed burglary brought by Westfield police.
Epifanio A. Gonzalez, 48, of 286 College Highway, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $350.
