Gabriel Correa, 30, of 52 Franklin St., Holyoke, was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Rebecca A. Pachot, 34, of 360 Jarvis Ave, Holyoke, was found to be responsible for charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Tanya Redick, 35, of 11 Knollwood Drive, pleaded guilty to charges of uttering a false check and larceny from a person older than 65 years of age and was placed on probation for one year. She was assessed $50.
Haley B. Cogan, 22, of 189 Cedar St., Clinton, was found to be responsible for charges of disturbing the peace and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Chandler Boynton, 21, of 42 Greene St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Dec. 10 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
Shawn R. Regan, 28, of 222 West St., Worthington, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Dec. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, possession of Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Daniel P. Loomis, 24, of 42 Arnold St., saw charges of unarmed burglary and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court.
William Ramos, 23, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Albert Hannah, 75, of 16C Depot St., Southwick, was ordered to have no contact and to stay away from the named victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by a Southwick resident.
Christopher Berrios, 28, of 56 Elm St., Enfield, Connecticut, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an assault prevention order brought by Westfield police.
