Klaus, 64, of 872 North Stone, West Suffield, was released on $100 cash bail pending a Jan. 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Southwick Police.
Haven E. Maher, 27, of 28 Atwood Ave., Pittsfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 28 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of permitting unlicensed or suspended operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State Police.
