Daisha Serrano, 19, of no fixed address in Holyoke, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, a motor vehicle lights violation, speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, receiving stolen property valued less than $250 and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas A. Spiess, 20, of 444 Huntington Road, Worthington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor, carrying a dangerous weapon, speeding, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation and a miscellaneous equipment violation brought by State Police.
Justin D. Massoni, 42, of 10 Cedar St., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Cheryl K. Adasiewicz, 42, of 10 Cedar St., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Michele D. Colson, 52, of 23 Tannery Road, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Dec. 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police.
Ryan C. Coggins, 25, of 387 Riverdale Road, West Springfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Joel P. Townson, 29, of 23 Pine Dale Circle, Becket, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Charles A. Darby, 24, of 259 Tyler St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield State University police.
John E. Turrini, 51, of 163 South Longyard Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
Richard A. Kaempfer, 26, of 6 Thomas Road, Huntington, was held in lieu of $200 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person older than 60 years of age or disabled brought by Westfield police.
