Addie B. Wohlers, 31, of 8 S Paul St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Alexander E. Audet, 22, of 5 Grandview St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Thaddeus J. Stone, 51, of 8A Cycle St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Karl J. Melendez, 27, of 324 Main St., Easthampton, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed upon payment of court costs of $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Sean P. Deglis, 28, of 5 Lexington Circle, Southwick, pleaded guilty to charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop for police brought by Southwick police and was sentenced to a 57-day term in the house of correction with credit for 57 days served awaiting trial. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and a marked lanes violation.
Andrew B. Coach, 25, of 33 Normand Terrace, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months.
Michele D. Colson, 52, of 23 Tannery Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of violation of an abuse prevention brought as separate cases by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for nine months. In a third case also brought by Southwick police, Colson, with an address of 15 Crescent Circle, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for nine months.
