Lorenzo Solla, 22, of 195 Orange St., Springfield, was sentenced to two concurrent 18-month terms in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years after he pleaded guilty to charges of intimidating a witness and criminal harassment brought by Westfield police.
Michael J. Goss, 35, of 186 West Meadowview, Holyoke, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Wendy J. Woods, 54, of 216 Main St., Manchester, New Hampshire, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 3 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Raynna Crump, 26, of 140 Union St., saw two charges of assault and battery and a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the putative victim after she asserted her Fifth Amendment protection and refused to testify.
Parise Williams, 28, of 140 Union St., saw charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the putative victim after she asserted her Fifth Amendment protection and refused to testify.
George T. Brookes, 62, of 6713 Queen’s Ferry Road, Baltimore, Maryland, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of making an improper turn.
