Rodriguez-Vargas, 32, of 10 Chestnut St., Apt. 2906, Springfield, had a charge of operating motor vehicle with license revoked as habitual traffic offender admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Feb. 28, 2018, with fees assessed, brought by Westfield Police.
