Sara S. Bukowski, 35, of 82 West St., Greenfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 2 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise–third offense, brought by Westfield Police.
Michael W. Hadley, 44, of 29 Lakemont St., Southwick, received a six-month suspended sentence with probation until Nov. 29, 2017, after pleading guilty to charges of breaking and entering of misdemeanor, breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime for a felony and two counts of larceny under $250, brought by Soutwick Police.
Gabrielle Stellato, 30, of 128 North Westfield Road, Feeding Hills, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny from a building and larceny under $250, brought by State Police of Westfield.
Andrew C. Stenico, 23, of 15 Old Main Road, Montgomery, received a six-month sentence to House of Corrections after pleading guilty to a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon, concurrent with a six-month sentence for pleading guilty to intimidating a witness/juror/police officer/court official and threat to commit crime, as well as a one-year sentence after pleading guilty to a charge of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.
David Mendez, 32, of 80 Edmund Wynne Cir., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 2 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.
John D. Silvestri, 48, of 43 Western Cir., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of uttering a counterfeit note and larceny under $250, brought by Westfield Police.
