Andrew J. Schaus, 35, of 59 College Highway, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Southwick Police.
