Dominic Giordano, 19, of 7 Owens Place, Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to participate in a high school equivalency testing program. In addition, Judge Philip A. Contant ordered that if any violation of probation is found a guilty plea and a 90-day term in the house of correction will be imposed.
Kyle W. Schott, 20, of 40 Mountain Laurle Drive, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug and carrying a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to remain drug free.
Jeremy B. Craig, 33, of 35B Hubbard St., pleaded guilty to charges of assault and battery, assault and battery on a person older than 60-years-old or disabled with serious injury and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to three one year terms in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed in another case brought in Springfield District Court. In a second case brought by Westfield police, Craig pleaded guilty to charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 and was sentenced to two 11 month terms in the house of correction to be served concurrently with the sentences imposed in the other case.
Tiffany L. Kozak, 38, of 8 Curtis Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration brought by State Police and was fined $625. She was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Kathleen M. Guyette, 32, of 12 Old Farm Road was found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Agawam police and was assessed $100. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
