Steven P. Bilodeau, 42, of 27 Collins St., was ordered to have no contact with and to stay away from the victims after he pleaded guilty to two charges of improper use of a credit card for value more than $250, larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and receiving a lost credit card and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and order to remain drug free and be subject to random testing.
Anatoliy Lukin, 24, of 137 Main Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 8, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Eric J. Perez, 27, of 11 Union Ave., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Nov. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a harassment protective order brought by Westfield police.
Hector L. Casanova, 23, of 11A Union Ave., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Nov. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a harassment protective order brought by Westfield police.
Christian W. Trusty, 34, of 15 Fowler St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of violation of an abuse prevention order brought in separate cases by Southwick police and the charges were continued without findings with probation of one year. He was assessed $50, was ordered to make no threats or violence to the victim and was ordered to comply with all protective orders.
Jason D. Hannum, 23, of 4 Columbia St., pleaded guilty to charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and trespass and was sentenced to a 60 day term and a 30 day term, respectively, in the house of corrections. Both terms were ordered to be served concurrently with a term imposed for an unrelated offense.
Ryan M. Meskevich, 31, of 115 Ridgewood Drive Road, Russell, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
William F. Lamagdelane, 20, of 130 Sackett Road, was held in lieu of $200 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued les than $250 brought by Westfield police.
