David M. Bettro, 30, of 92 Mechanic St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police.
Melissa M. Masso, 34, of 56 Orange St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by State Police not processed due to insufficient evidence.
Andrew J. Sorel, 23, of 70 Montgomery St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Rosa Oyola, 48, of 298 Elm St., Holyoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse protection order brought by Southwick police and was fined $150 and assessed $50. In a separate case also brought by Southwick police, Oyola pleaded guilty to a charge of making annoying telephone calls or electronic communications and was again fined $150 and assessed $50.
Dalton Thompson, 17, of 6 Pearl Brook Road, Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Agawam police and he was assessed $50.
Daniel Thompson, 18, of 6 Pearl Brook Road, Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Agawam police and he was assessed $50.
Waleska G. Rivera, 29, of 31 Frederick St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the registration in her possession and a charge of unsafe operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Kaitlyn M. Rathbun, 25, of 371 Elm St., Pittsfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
