Meena N. Dave, 51, of 22B Maple St., was enjoined from making and threats or violence toward the alleged victim when she was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 27 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Todd D. Hannum, 41, of 16 Phelps Ave, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 31, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Dale Arpin, 37, of 290 Hartland Road, Bristol, Conn., pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and was sentence to a six month term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trail since May 8, 2012. He also pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 and was sentenced to a concurrent two and a half month term. He was found to be responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation.
Sally A. Allen, 45, of 61 Fairview St., South Hadley, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Wilmer Figueroa, 33, of 134 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $500.
Hector L. Casanova, 22, of 11a Union Ave., pleaded guilty to two charges of violation of a harassment prevention order brought as separate cases by Westfield police. In each case, he was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and ordered to remain at least 100 yards away from her. In each case, he was placed on probation for one year and assessed $50.
Eric J. Perez, 27, of 11 Union Ave., pleaded guilty to two charges of violation of a harassment prevention order brought as separate cases by Westfield police. In each case, he was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and ordered to remain at least 100 yards away from her. In each case, he was placed on probation for one year and assessed $50.
Alana Misk, 20, of 313 Grove St., Hanover, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of alcohol brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Sergey N. Sevostyanov, 38, of 131 Belknap Ave., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield was assessed $50.
Yamilette L. Mendez, 17, of 23 Monroe St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation.
