Jeremy Bradley, 25, of 259 Valley View Drive, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was fined $625 and assessed $50. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with noncompliant aftermarket lighting. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Bradley submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Kayla Rae Fanion, 23, of 277 Sackett Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding and a marked lanes violation.
Douglas W. Charron, 19, of 99 Old Westfield Road, Granville, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Anthony R. King, 18, of 22 Nicole Terrace, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Samuel Langston, 19, of 19 Meadow Brook Lane, South Easton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $90.
Jesse M. McClenahan, 30, of 3 Ethan Ave., saw seven charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, eight charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and single charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm without a FID card brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted for the same offenses in superior court.
