Karissa L. Beaudry, 21, of no fixed address in Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of a harassment prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victims and assessed $50.
Juan G. Rios, 24, of 12 Chestnut St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 6, 2012 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Dylan J. Mosher, 18, of 89 General Knox Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300. He was found guilty of a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and fined $100. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Laura L. Drouin-Bertram, 45, of 45 Otis Tolland Road, Blandford, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 17, 2012 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and a charge of making a false crime report brought by State Police.
Jeffrey T. Greenwood, 24, of 4 William St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 6, 2012 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas J. Disanto, 23, of 69 City View Boulevard, was held pending a dangerousness hearing Nov. 27 after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, home invasion and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police. He was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victim and ordered to comply with all protective orders.
David A. Cullison, 33, of 21 Chester St., West Springfield, was released on $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Christopher J. Mirto, 44, of 67, Quaboag Valley Coop, Palmer Street, Palmer, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor, a subsequent offense, brought by State Police and was sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. He was fined $750, assessed $350 and ordered to complete a 14 day in-patient program. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding and a marked lanes violation.
Denise M. Barrett, 41, of 10 Clark St., was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Adam C. Chambers, 35, of 213 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, using a motor vehicle without authority and operating an uninsured motor vehicle and was placed on probation for one year. He was ordered to remain alcohol free and be subject to random testing, he was assessed $300 and was found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
