Angela Wheatley, 27, with addresses of 42 Mullen Ave. and 15 Parker Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and single charges of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 and breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony brought as three separate cases by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $190. In two other cases also brought by Westfield police, two charges of larceny of a firearm, two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and single charges of carrying a firearm without a license and receiving stolen property valued less than $250 were not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Marina L. Dipon, 25, of 96 King High Way, West Springfield, pleaded guilty to four charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, three charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and single charges of improper use of a credit card valued more than $250, larceny of a credit card, possession of heroin and receiving a stolen credit card and was sentenced by Judge Rita Koenigs to eleven concurrent one year terms in the house of correction with six moths to be served direct with credit for time served and the balance suspended with probation until Nov. 18, 2015.
Krista M. Mikos, 24, of 205 East St., Ludlow, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Dec. 10 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Mikos was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 10 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of a shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
Janet L. Fong, 47, of 71 Woodmont St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 28 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Nathan D. MacBrian, 25, of 136 Former St., Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and for a tire tread depth violation brought by Westfield police.
Sergio M. Cozzaglio, 19, of 6 St. Paul St., was held in lieu of $1,500 cash bail pending a Nov. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, using a motor vehicle without authorization, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, resisting arrest and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Angel Ortiz, 19, of 11 Hanover St., pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police and was sentence to time served awaiting trial. He was assessed $125. Two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and single charges of assault with intent to murder and resisting arrest were not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Thomas H. Holmes, 36, of 39 North Blandford Road, Blandford, was found by Judge Philip A. Contant to be responsible for charges of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace brought by State Police in a bench trial. A charge of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted.
Jeremy Bradley, 25, of 259 Valley View Drive, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted as part of a plea agreement involving two other cases.
Danielle J. Girard, 21, of 37 Mechanic Street, was placed on pre-trial probation for six months after she was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
