Jose L. Padilla, 22, of 30 Gatehouse Road, Apt. 105, Amherst, held in lieu of $1,500 cash bail pending a November 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of trespass, person in fear felony breaking and entering, larceny from person, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, possess to distribute Class D drug and possession of Class A drug, brought by Russell State Police.
Tanzil D. Amiss, 26, of 4 Hope St. Attleboro, was released on $100 cash bail pending a December 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member and malicious destruction of property under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Haseeb R. Butt, 18, of 52 Stonecrest Road, Groton, Conn., was released on $100 cash bail pending a December 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and person under 21 in possession of liquor, brought by Westfield State University police.
