, 24, of 75 Dogwood Road, Plainville, Connecticut, had the following charges moved to Hampden County Superior Court: utter counterfeit note, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, forgery of bank note, possessing a counterfeit note, possessing counterfeit notes, possessing coin counterfeiting equipment and possessing counterfeiting equipment, brought by Westfield police.
Joseph M. Novelli, 25, of 266 Walnut St., Holyoke, was placed on probation for one year, fined $707 and received 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, had charges of wanton destruction of property over $250 and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation and not having an inspection sticker, brought by Russell State Police.
Kelly A. Lopez, 31, of 670 Main St., Agawam, was placed on three months probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Sarah L. Meade, 28, of 21 Summer St., was released on her own recognizance pending a December 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of failing to stop for police, brought by Westfield police.
Dennis Durfee, 61, of 130 Chisholm Road, West Springfield, was placed on three months probation at arraignment after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Madelyn Moodie, 31, of 50 Southampton Road, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $50 brought by Westfield police.
Dyllan J. Farneth, 22, of 11 Morris Ave., was placed on six months probation after charges of possession to distribute a Class D drug continued without finding, brought by Russell State Polie.
Jose B. Rodriguez, 22, of 11B Notre Dame St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
