Peter Barton, 78, of 74 Knollwood Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation. A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.
Troy D. Boisseau, 27, of 553 Montgomery Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and was placed on probation by Judge Philip A. Contant for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $200 in restitution.
Terry P. Reid, 60, of 52 Bungalow St., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 31 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Jason Orenstein, 36, of 23 Holland Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Adam C. Brickle, 18, of 419 E. New Lenox Road, Pittsfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
