Angelique C. Picillo, 32, of an address restricted by the court, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee. She was found to be not responsible for charges of speeding, operating a motor vehicle without the vehicle’s registration in her possession and for a number plate violation.
Sarah A. Moodie, 28, of 4 Dwight St., pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police and was placed on probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Christopher A. Zarlengo, 26, og 24 Irene Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of distribution of a Class D drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay a $35 drug analysis fee.
