, 40, of 38 Carol Drive, Manchester, Conn., was placed on two years probation, ordered to not operate a motorcycle for two years and ordered to surrender his privilege to operate a motorcycle after charges of leaving the scene of personal injury, amended to leaving the scene of property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding and he was found not responsible on charges of marked lanes violation, brought by Southwick police.
Lou A. Burgos, 52, of 7 Rocky Brook Drive, Huntington, was placed on three months probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage were continued without finding and he was found not responsible for license not in possession, brought by Russell State Police.
Nicolas J. Sheldon, 23, of 40 Noble Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 18 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, motor vehicle lights violation and no inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Ronald Dionne, Jr., 46, of 6 Sackett St., Apt. 1L, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest, brought by Westfield police.
Anthony Velez, 30, of 306 Elm St., had charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Paula J. Greenough, 48, of 17 Renny Ave., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Southwick police.
Donnell T. Cradle, 55, of 94 Wilcox St., Springfield, received a one-year sentence to the House of Correction, with credit for time served, after pleading guilty to utter false check and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
