, 19, of 24 Hampton Ct., Walpole, was placed on pretrial probation till January 6, 2016 on charges of trespass, brought by Westfield State University police.
Francisco Serrano, 48, of 755 Worthington St. Springfield, received a 6-month sentence to the House of Correction with credit for time served after pleading guilty to larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Sarah R. Hoynowski-Curran, 25, of 3 Parker Ave., was released on her own recognizance pending a January 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by Westfield police.
Douglas W. Charron, 21, of 99 Old Westfield Road, Granville, was released on his own recognizance pending a December 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Westfield police.
Anthony E. Williams, 30, of 8 Cycle St., received a 6-month suspended sentence till November 4, 2016 and ordered to pay restitution of $156 to the city of Westfield and $75 to the town of Southwick after pleading guilty to malicious destruction of property over $250, discharge on way BB gun/air rifle and reckless endangerment of child and he had charges of disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Amber Micks, 18, of 35 Pochassic St., was released on her own recognizance pending a December 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme and possession of counterfeit notes, brought by Westfield police.
