Damian Santiago, 21, of 17 Sorrento St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge malicious damage to property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Robert Scott Pierce, 30, of 25 Collins Street, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a fee and an assessment totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Emmanuelli Cruz-Martinez, 20, of 63 Ashley St., Springfield, saw charges of attempting to commit a crime and assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
J.R. Heffner, 21, of 84 Robin Ridge Road, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of assisting a person younger than the legal drinking age purchase liquor and being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of making a false application for a license was not prosecuted.
Francis C. Cressotti Jr., 31, of 7 Cross St., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and was assessed $100. Charges of resisting arrest and possession of a Class E drug were not prosecuted.
Gabriel A. Rodriguez, 22, of 691 State St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Heitor J. Cuevas, 27, of 77 Vadnais St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 28, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Patricia A. McNamara, 56, of 2 Norman St., Clinton, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield.
