, 19, of 49 Frothingham, Lowell, was released on his own recognizance pending a January 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield State University.
Jose M. Nunez, 26, of 111 Savoy Ave., Springfield, had charges of possession to distribute Class A drug and possession of Class A drug, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
John Greaney, 23, of 57 Hitchcock St., Holyoke, was placed on one year probation, fined $707, and received 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Vladimir Belyshev, Jr., 34, of 49 Kamuda St., Indian Orchard, was released on his own recognizance pending a January 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield police.
Michael Cieboter, 49, of 53 Ashley St. Springfield, was placed on 18-months probation and ordered not to teach students from ages kindergarten through grade 12 after charges of distributing obscene matter, amended to alleged open and gross lewdness, were continued without finding, brought by Springfield police.
Christopher J. Greany, 26, of 15 River St., Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 12 hearing after being arraigned for charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Russell State Police.
Anthony T. DiSanto, 34, of 555 Russell Road, was held in lieu of $500 cash pending a December 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of heroin and shoplifting by concealing merchandise, 2nd offense, brought by Westfield police.
Jesse M. Gainer, 25, of 1366 Park St., Palmer, was held in lieu of $250 cash pending a December 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation, 3rd offense and possession of heroin, brought by Westfield police.
Deborah J. Morley, 55, of 65 Deborah Lane, was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and assault, brought by Westfield police.
Thomas M. Ricci, 51, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, was placed on one-year probation after pleading guilty to charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by Russell State Police, was placed on 90-days concurrent probation after pleading guilty to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was ordered to pay $400 after pleading guilty to separate charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop for police, he was found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle and failing to keep right for oncoming motor vehicle and had charges of uninsured motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal ID and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Nairoby Melendez, 30, of 216 Oak Grove Ave., Springfield, was placed on 90-days probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding and was found not responsible for speeding, brought by Russell State Police.
