Shauna L. Alicea, 36, of 78 Monroe St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a victim 60 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police and was sentenced by Judge Philip A. Contant to a 318 day term in the house of correction, with credit for time served awaiting trail since Apr. 5. The judge ordered that Alicea serve the term concurrently with terms imposed by Holyoke District Court.
John Serra, 42, of 13 Wood St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Joseph A. Pieciak Jr., 48, of 136 Queen Ave, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, failure to stop for police and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Sabrina Georgantas, 34, of 8 Cycle St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
