Brian E. Drenan, 43, of 104 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Donald G. Cornelius Jr., 56, of 21 E. Bartlett Street was found to be not guilty, in a jury trial, of a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Anthony R. Brochetti, 29, of 61 Butternut Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $250, larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme and receiving a stolen credit card brought by Westfield police.
Randy C. St. Jean, 33, of 459 Southwick Road, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police and was assessed $200.
Matthew J. McBride, 30, of 49 Mort Vining Road, Southwick, was placed on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on a charge of cruelty to an animal brought by Southwick police. He was assessed $90.
Donald M. Shiveley, 66, of 12 Depot St., Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and was assessed $100.He was found to be not responsible for a charge of trespass by motor vehicle and a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Chris L. Tufts, 49, of 8 Eagle St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class D drug and possession of a Class C drug brought by Westfield police.
