Priscilla S. Juke, 49, of Park Place, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of violation of a harassment prevention order and making a false 911 call brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months.
Ronald P. St. Marie, 35, of 276 Buck Pond Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and strangling or suffocating a person brought by Westfield police.
Robert J. Corcoran, 31, of 12 Otis St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Sarah M. Phelps, 21, of 71 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 19 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Joseph D. Baldarelli, 28, of 318 Silver St., Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Justin L. Perez, 25, of 177 Elm St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Janpierre Ruiz, 22, of 78 Notre Dame St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges possession of a Class B drug and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a number plate violation to conceal identification. In a second case, Ruiz submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for charges of failure to drive in the right lane and failure to signal. In a third case, Ruiz saw a charge of being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself not prosecuted.
