Samuel Cardona, 48, of 6 Riviera Dr., Agawam, received fines after pleading guilty to charges of number plate violation to conceal ID and false motor vehicle title, while charge of unregistered motor vehicle had finding of responsible filed with defendant’s consent, brought by Westfield Police.
Chase Ladue, 26, of 28 Vadnais St., Westfield, had charges of fail to stop for police and speeding admission to sufficient facts found with finding of responsible with fees assessed, while charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle was dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield Police.
John L. Gray, 51, of 61 Western Ave., Westfield, had charges of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent and negligent operation of motor vehicle admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding with probation to Oct. 26, 2018 with fees assessed, and charges of speeding, marked lanes violation and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle were found not responsible, and arraignment of charges occurred the same day, brought by Westfield Police.
