Edwin G. Conde-Torres, 22, of 29 Cabot St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Timothy R. Lafave, 27, of 11 Noble St., pleaded guilty to a charge of vandalizing property and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $90. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Lafave pleaded guilty to a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority and was again placed on probation for a year. He was assessed $50.
Jennifer M. Oram, 21, of 21 Highland St., Ware, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police.
Robert Racco, 24, of 731 Holyoke Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Michael T. Wellspeak, 50, of 158 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was sentenced to a 10 month term in the house of correction, to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed for a separate offense, after he pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Michael W. Boudreau, 36, of 13 Plum St., Springfield, saw charges of violation of an abuse prevention order, assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, home invasion, threatening to commit a crime and attempted murder brought by Westfield police dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned for the same offenses in superior court.
