Mark J. Gilmore, 36, of 30 Bates Road, was found not guilty by a jury of a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
John A. Abreu, 41, of 20 Sachem St., Chicopee, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by the victim and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $1,300.

Maria G. Santiago, 19, of 27 Collins St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 27, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Jose L. Serrano, 27, of 498 Benton St., Holyoke, saw charges assault and battery and violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
Tina M. Huffman, 45, of 303 Sackett Road, was released on $1,000 personal surety after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a police officer.
James J. Fiorentino, 34, of no known address in Westfield, saw three charges of larceny of a credit card and a charge of larceny from a person 60 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
