Donna M. Tabor, 52, of 181 College Highway, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for four charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and four charges of trespass brought as three cases by Southwick police and Judge Philip A. Contant ordered that the charges be continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of assessments totaling $150 and restitution totaling $304.
Nicholas A. Thurman, 30, of 16 Dudley Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of asportation brought by an area supermarket chain and was fined $300, assessed $50 and ordered to pay $55.96 in restitution.
Jennifer L. Chase, 30, of 18 E. Silver Street, was placed on pretrial probation for three months by Judge Philip A. Contant after she was arraigned on charges of uttering a false check and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a false pretense brought by Westfield police.
Michael l. Slipkowski Jr., 29, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Anthony Figueroa, 28, of no known address in Springfield, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Nov. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Buster Johnson Jr., 61, of 40 Talcott Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Dennis O. Rosa-Roman, 22, of 94 Pearl St., Springfield, saw a charge of possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Bradley E. Sherwood, 30, of 27 Debra St., Enfield, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $150.
Dennis R. Rosa-Roman, 22, of 94 Pearl St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for six months by Judge Philip A. Contant, assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $323.11.
Joseph P. Basile, 34, of 79 Franklin Street, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and was assessed $50.
