Raul Zavala, 29, of 25 Piedmont St., Springfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Isaac J. King, 38, of 96D Mechanic St., pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery and was fined $125. He was assessed $50.
John Pohelka, 22, of 73 Verdugo St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Alejandro Cigarroa, 37, of 238 Papermill Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Blaine L. Campbell, 32, of 20 Paper St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Anthony J. Montagna, 41, of 6 Sackett St., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Michael G. Bracey, 42, of no fixed address, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Antony Dejesus, 32, of 70 Harrison Ave., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and he was fined $100. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
