Brandon R. Noe, 20, of 168 Otis Stage Road, Blandford, received two months probation after charges of felony breaking and entering building daytime, amended to misdemeanor breaking and entering daytime, were continued without finding and had charges of vandalizing property and larceny from building, brought by State Police Russell, dismissed.
