Luke N. Bushey, 21, of 62 Danek Drive, was enjoined from making any threats or violence and was held in lieu of $100 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Kirk A. Reynolds, 23, of 83 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for 16 months. He was assessed $90.
Joshua Gary, 41, of Windsor Locks, Conn., pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse protection order and was sentenced to a 90-day term in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed in another case. He was assessed $90.
Adam M. Lafreniere, 29, of 10 Washington St., pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a Class A drug, a subsequent offense, and possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to two concurrent 18 month terms in the house of correction with credit for time previously served. In a separate case, Lafreniere was found to have violated probation imposed for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and vandalizing property imposed May 24, 2012 and was sentenced to a six month term to be served concurrently with the other terms.
Bernardo Garcia, 38, of 275 S. Longyard Road, Southwick, saw charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, vandalizing property, larceny of property valued less than $250, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime brought by Southwick police not prosecuted when the victim did not respond to letters and phone calls from the prosecutor.
Gary Harnden, 24, of 10 Princeton St., was released on his personal recognizance pending Jan. 8, 2013 hears after he was arraigned in separate cases brought by Westfield police. He was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building and larceny of property valued more than $250 and was also arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and for larceny of property valued less than $250.
Josue A. Rios, 23, of 26 School St., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, trespass and failure to disperse a riot brought by Westfield police. He was fined $50 and assessed $50. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Rios pleaded guilty to two charges of distribution of a Class B drug and was sentenced to two six month terms in the house of correction, suspended with probation for six months. He was assessed $390 and a drug violation near a school or park was not prosecuted.
Danielle M. Slysz, 19, of 60 Laurel Hill Road, Westhampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 11, 2013 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
John G. Doran, 47, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on $1,300 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police. He was also arraigned on a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years-of-age or older which also was brought by Westfield police and he was released on an additional $1,300 cash bail.
Chad A. Theriault, 39, of 54 St. Onge St., Chicopee, saw two charges larceny of property valued more than $250 dismissed by the court.
