Megan Buchanan, 20, of 37 Madaline Lane, Vineyard Haven, was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, improper operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Westfield State University police.
Hector J. Santiago, 21, of no known address Hartford, Conn., was held in lieu of $500 cash after being arraigned on charges of assault on family/household member, two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 and assault and battery on pregnant victim, brought by Westfield police.
Steven Rowell, 53, of 24 1/2 Bartlett St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Diana Doyle, 49, of 21 Craigwood Terrace, Wilbraham, received one year probation, fined $707, ordered to attend a drug/alcohol education program and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, was found not responsible for marked lanes violation and had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Russell State Police, dismissed.
