Cody Welch, 18, of 12 Sampson Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by State Police. In a separate case also brought by State Police, Welch was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny from a building and trespass.
Bryan Wilson, 48, of 68 Court St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense), failure to stop or yield at an intersection and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
