Daniel J. Colson, 42, of 6 Sylvester Hamilton Road, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Daniel R. Bradley, 27, of 200 Southwick Road, Apt. #23, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 18 hearing after being arraigned on charges of uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield police.
Tyler E. Guenette, 21, of 37 Kelso Ave., West Springfield, was ordered to pay $675 after pleading guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, was found responsible for state highway signal/sign/markings violation and had separate charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Gerald V. Matthews, 74, of 8 Sherman St., was placed on pretrial probation till April 29 on charges of assault and battery on family/household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on +60/disabled with injury, brought by Westfield police.
Patrick D. Carmichael, 23, of 25 Pleasant St., Apt. C, Northampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Cassidy D. Turene, 20, of 10 First Ave., Easthampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession with intent to distribute Class D drug, brought by Westfield police.
