Joshua Palmer, 20, of 99 Southwick Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Donald Stenico, 53, of 61 Prospect St., Chester, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police not prosecuted due to the a lack of cooperation from the victim.
Matthew L. Swenor, 29, of 60 Whitman St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony while putting a person in fear and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Carol A. Besnia, 53, of 11 Monroe St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 24 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.

Andrew J. Arbour, 22, of 34 Plant Ave., Hudson, was placed on pretrial probation for one week, ordered to pay court costs of $250 and $200 in restitution after he was arraigned on a charge of wanton destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
In a jury trial, Richard H. King, 37, of 56 Fuller Road, Montgomery, was found not guilty of a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person younger than 14 years of age.
Isac R. Hernandez, 20, of no fixed address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to two charges of wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to two concurrent three month terms in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed for another offense.
Alodie A. Vega-Miranda, 29, of 21 Berkshire Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
Lev Pinkhusovskiy, 48, of 19 Hancock St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police.
