Jonathan T. Freniere, 27, of 27 Montgomery Road, Southampton, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding and a marked lanes violation.
Michael W. Riel, 47, of 421 N. Main Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a municipal ordinance violation brought by Westfield police.
Adam J. Toporowski, 31, of 21 Ellsworth St., pleaded guilty to charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, larceny of property valued less than $250 and four charges of improper use of a credit card for more than $250 and was sentenced to six two year terms in the house of correction concurrent with a term imposed for a separate offense, suspended, with probation for 15 months. A charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme was dismissed.

Adam M. Lafreniere, 29, of 10 Washington St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug (a subsequent offense) and possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
Kristen Halla, 20, of 106 Feeding Hills Road, was assessed $50 and placed on pretrial probation for one year after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield Police.
April Johnson, 20, of 1 Belden Court, Agawam, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 28 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Daniel J. Croteau, 24, of 1 Belden Court, Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Janet Fong, 46, of 71 Woodmont St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Jacob C. Gaylord, 19, of 33 Fairfield Ave., Pittsfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police.
Robert C. Benoit, 20, of 39 Oakcrest St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield State University police.
Ronald P. Satchell, 45, of 253 Wahconah St., Pittsfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by a Springfield Road department store.
Michelle I. Parker, 27, of 651 Holyoke Rod, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of heroin and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. She was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Lisa M. Hayes, 51, of 50 Franklin St., saw a charge of distribution of a Class B drug dismissed after she was indicted and arraigned on the same charge in superior court.
Christine M. Webb, 34, of 26 William St., Chester, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 21 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a missing registration sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Samantha M. Eades, 23, of 3 Freyer Road, Southampton, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.
