James S. Guillmette, 31, of 128 Elm St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of heroin brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Guillmette submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of uttering a false check and charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme, larceny of property valued less than $250 and breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and those charges were also continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90. In a third case, Guilmette submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 and those charges were also continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $197. In a fourth case, with an address of 419 Southwick Road, Guilmette submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny from a building and that charge was continued without a finding. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $25. In a fifth case, Guilmette’s address was listed as Radisson Street and he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny from a building and that charge was also continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $160 in restitution.
Michael Higgins, 21, of 128 Middlesex St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $50,000 cash bail without prejudice pending an Oct. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of home invasion, three charges of firearm armed kidnapping, three charges of armed and masked robbery and a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police.
Cory K. Schumann, 18, of 31 Foch Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $503.
Christopher Godard, 31, of 11 Gargon Terrace, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
John Michael Gazda, 48, of 99 Martin St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Ashley A. Fortin, 27, of 215 Silver St., Granville, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Ashley A. Booher, 25, of 35 Haywood St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and larceny of a credit card brought by Westfield police.
Hillary A. Hook, aka Hillary Dupont, 24, of 155 Joseph Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim when he asserted his marital privilege and refused to testify.
Miles Simons, 17, of 43 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Jesse McClenahan, 30, of 3 Ethan Ave., pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was fined $625. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $120.
William R. Welch, 33, of 1 Klondike Ave., pleaded guilty to charges of trespass and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was fined $1,875. He was assessed $90.
Edward John Gildea, 25, of 93 South Maple St., was placed on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
