Amy L. Benjamin, 41, of 158 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on $100 cash bail pending a Dec. 5 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of trespass and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by State Police.
Samuel W. Rice Jr., 45, of 413 Belmont Ave., Springfield, was placed on pretrial probation for six months and ordered to pay restitution of $230 after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme and receiving a lost credit card brought by Westfield police. Two charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $250 were not prosecuted.
Samuel Langston, 19, of 19 Meadow Brook Lane, South Easton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Leslie A. Buschmann, 41, of 67 Orange St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Laura Owens, 43, of 34 Meadow St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny from a building brought by Westfield police.
Javier Burgos, 43, of 44 Meadow St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Daniel P. Donovan, 27, of 59 Broad St., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Andrew Bushey, 24, of 69 Elmdale St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of aggravated assault and battery and two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Alexander V. Hibert, 25, of 57 Holland Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield State University police.
Michael T. Wellspeak, 49, of 26 Howard St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a name or address change, trespass with a motor vehicle, vandalizing a fence and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by State Police.
Elizabeth M. Roulston, 37, of 21 Belmont St., Springfield, was placed on pretrial probation for three months after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Patrick Gray, 23, of 1865 Wellington St., Dighton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery and charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Aimee L. Turgeon, 21, of 29 Orange St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 10 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of reckless endangerment of a child brought by Westfield police.
