Steven D. Grimsley, 20, of 15 Norton St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Jose R. Santiago, 49, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a non-transparent window brought by State Police.

Riley Wagner, 19, of 44 West School St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
John Doran, 47, of 51 Broad St., saw two charges of assault and battery and a charge of assault and battery of a dangerous weapon dismissed without prejudice.
Jose E. Figueroa, 56, of 134 Union St. admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of trespass and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of conspiracy was not prosecuted.
Luis M. Vega, 19, of 44 Mechanic St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Reilly Humason, 26, of 165 Silver St., Granville, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery, malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 and possession of a Class D drug brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
